Beginning Handstands
Fridays, 9-10:15am PST
This 8-week session class is open to beginners with no handstand experience, as well as more advanced students who want to work on basics and refine technique. Class will begin with a thorough full-body warm up and then move on to drills to build strength and confidence upside down. We will also learn proper spotting technique, so please come prepared to work with others. Follow registration button for info on session dates; drop-ins are allowed with Jill's permission.

Intermediate Handstands
Fridays, 10:30-11:45am PST
This 8-week session class is open to intermediate students who are able to kick up to a free-standing handstand in the center of the room unassisted and are working towards longer holds. We will spot each other through various shapes such as tuck and straddle, and introduce more advanced skills like presses, weight shifting, "crocodile", etc. Follow registration button for info on session dates; drop-ins are allowed with Jill's permission.
